JOB TITLE: Structural Analysis Engineers

Summary:
Perform static stress analysis on aerospace structures.
Conduct fatigue and damage tolerance analyses to ensure long-term structural integrity.
Develop, solve, and validate Finite Element Models (FEM) for structural components.
Generate, review, and approve stress and analysis reports.
Prepare and validate Strength Check Notes (SCNs).
Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide factory support as needed.
Participate in layout reviews and design checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
10+ years of aerospace stress engineering experience (Boeing product experience preferred).
Strong expertise in static stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and FEM tools.
Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Boeing structural analysis standards.
Familiarity with advanced composite materials.
Knowledge of damage tolerance methodologies.
