PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry, to hire an experienced Programmer Analyst to support Manufacturing Quality Information Technology. In this highly impactful role, you will design, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications that directly support manufacturing quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Your work will help ensure aircraft are built to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-month assignment)
Location: Hybrid
Currently onsite once per month, with potential to increase to 3 days per week
Candidates must live within commuting distance of a site in Seattle, WA; St. Louis, MO; or Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM PST
Pay Rate: $54 to $68 per hour
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain multiple Manufacturing Quality enterprise applications
Set up, migrate, optimize, and support AWS DevOps environments for:
C#/SQL Server applications
Java/PostgreSQL applications
Provision and configure development, test, and production environments
Build, test, and deploy automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions
Identify, investigate, and resolve technical, reliability, and infrastructure issues
Develop and document DevOps best practices for scalability, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Perform full stack development and maintenance of multiple C# applications
Support system security compliance, technical debt remediation, and configuration management
Provide production support and collaborate across IT and business teams
Support regulatory compliance requirements and quality audits
Execute against company IT strategies including:
AWS Cloud Migration
DevOps and Scaled Agile Software Engineering
AI Code-Assisted Software Engineering
Automation initiatives
Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and manufacturing quality business processes
5+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years of professional AWS DevOps experience
3+ years of C# Full Stack Development experience
1+ year of professional experience with SQL Server
1+ year of experience with AI Code-Assisted Software Engineering
1+ year of experience working in Agile Software Engineering environments
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience with multi-system data integrations
Proficiency with ADO, JIRA, GitLab
Experience using Coverity and NetSparker
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on schedule
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and improvement
Typically 5+ years of related professional or military experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred but not required
Work on mission-critical systems that support aerospace manufacturing quality
