Summary:

Develop, update, and maintain technical publication elements across multiple maintenance levels

Research, collect, and analyze source data, including equipment requirements, maintenance concepts, task analyses, workflows, and design concepts

Identify and resolve source data gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies with data originators

Validate source data assumptions and assess impacts to technical publications

Provide and update illustration and artwork markups

Revise publication elements based on internal and external reviews, source data changes, and equipment modifications

Conduct peer reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with customer formatting standards and specifications

Support customer verification reviews and implement corrective actions as required

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master s degree with 1+ year of experience, or 7+ years of related experience)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with XML (eXtensible Markup Language)

Experience with Contenta

Preferred experience with S1000D and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs)

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
