About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in the production of high-quality wood veneer components used in the aerospace industry. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact the performance, safety, and reliability of aerospace products.
What You’ll Do
Operate a variety of machines in a production woodworking (veneer) environment, including presses, sanders, shears, and cutting knives
Follow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and consistency
Identify, document, and report quality concerns to maintain high standards
Carefully and delicately handle fragile veneer panels
Support other production areas as needed to meet team goals
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of experience in manufacturing
Prior machine operation or woodworking experience (a plus, but not required)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
