Summary of the Role
As an FAA Assembly Test Technician at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a vital role in supporting our Aerospace business unit in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll conduct tests and evaluations on propulsion systems and components, contributing to advancements in aviation technology. What You’ll Do
- Train with experienced technicians to conduct tests on aircraft propulsion, APU, or gearbox systems and components
- Learn to analyze test data and provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and assembly teams to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with test equipment, data analysis, and mechanical tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

- Competitive Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
- Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Training on 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
- Bonus Program: Up to $3,000 with updated payout structure:
- $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 at 60 days
- $1,000 at 90 days (must have received 14-day bonus)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
