PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an IT Operations Technician to support multiple business divisions across the Waterloo, Indiana region. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Provide in-person and remote technical support to teammates across divisions within a 20-mile radius.

• Order, configure, deploy, and support IT hardware while maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Assist with implementing Azure cloud solutions and supporting modern IT services and tools.

• Partner with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.

• Troubleshoot system issues, manage support requests, and maintain service quality standards.

• Contribute to project work and perform additional operational duties as assigned.

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 1 year of IT support experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to support remote users effectively.

• Proven ability to prioritize multiple support requests efficiently.

• Positive attitude with the ability to build strong, trustworthy relationships.

• Willingness to work on an as-needed basis, including evenings or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• AZ-900 or AZ-104 certification

• PowerShell scripting experience

• Cloud migration experience

• Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) familiarity

• Experience working within an Agile environment
