Summary of the Role
As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring smooth logistics and accurate inventory control. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain operational efficiency and support customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of goods and materials
Verify and record incoming shipments and document any inventory damages
Organize inventory for efficient retrieval and review shipment schedules
Schedule large shipments and plan logistics
Ensure adequate storage space for incoming items
Coordinate inter-departmental transport of materials
Complete shipping and receiving reports and troubleshoot shipping issues
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
0–2 years of experience
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to rely on judgment and experience to accomplish tasks

Competitive Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday–Friday, 5x8 shifts with rotational Saturdays
Bonus Program: Up to $3,000 with updated payout structure:
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
$1,000 at 60 days
$1,000 at 90 days
