Mechanical Assemblers – Build What Takes Flight
Location: Medley, FL | Schedule: 7am to 3:30 pm |Payrate; $17.00/hour

Role Summary
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will assemble manufactured materials and components that must meet exacting aerospace quality and design standards. Your work ensures products are built accurately, safely, and according to specifications—contributing directly to the reliability and success of aerospace systems.
What You’ll Do Day to Day
Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components, modules, and assemblies
Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and confirm assemblies meet all design specifications
Use hand tools and operate machinery to install parts and perform assembly or rework
Work from computer-generated images, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions
Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards
Collaborate within a team environment, promoting cooperation and continuous improvement
Support Lean, safety, quality, environmental, and high-performance work system (HPWS) practices
Use basic computer systems and SAP for documentation and workflow
Perform additional duties as needed, including administrative, maintenance, stock, or routing tasks
Lift and move parts or equipment weighing up to 55 pounds, as required
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Basic computer skills
Successful completion of assembly training school
Ability to follow instructions and work under limited supervision
Willingness to work flexibly and take on additional responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with mechanical or electrical assembly
Familiarity with hand tools, machinery, or manufacturing environments
Experience reading engineering drawings or schematics
Exposure to SAP or similar systems
