LOCATION: Florence, SC
PAY RATE: $40-45/hour

Summary:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of general aviation aircraft, including Learjets, Citations, King Airs, light jets, and turboprops
Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues efficiently and accurately
Maintain and repair aircraft interiors, including cabinetry, seating, and soft goods
Accurately document all maintenance activities in compliance with regulatory and company standards
Collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and safe aircraft readiness
Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols
Requirements:
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
5+ years of aviation maintenance experience, including 1 2 years of recent General Aviation experience
Recent hands-on experience with Challengers, Learjets, Citations, King Airs, and other light jets and turboprops
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Inspection Authorization (IA) certification
Experience with corporate aircraft interiors
Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking systems
OEM training or certifications on applicable aircraft platforms
