Bridge Global Aerospace Operations: Program Office & Operational Execution Support (Hybrid | Early Shift)
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Program Office and Operational Execution Support professional to strengthen production planning and operational execution across global manufacturing sites. This role is critical to ensuring manufacturing readiness, continuity of supply, and recovery of at-risk production—directly supporting program success and on-time delivery in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
This position operates on an early-morning shift to help bridge operations between U.S. and international manufacturing teams.
Support production planning, manufacturing readiness, and the review and generation of production plans
Develop and maintain baseline production plans aligned with program lifecycle requirements
Analyze manufacturing readiness levels, capacity, throughput, and continuity of supply
Perform gap analysis and provide monthly progress and execution reporting
Oversee cross-functional special project planning and execution
Serve as a direct liaison to the program office for operational execution support
Monitor and track manufacturing processes and material positions for overdue or at-risk products
Support and report on recovery plans to bring delayed hardware back on schedule
Assist with cost reduction project planning and execution
Use SAP to evaluate production order status, demand allocation, and part shortages
Perform detailed part shortage analysis and communicate risks across factories and operations teams
Operations management or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with standard operations management and production planning activities
SAP experience to assess production orders, material shortages, and demand/part allocation
Experience performing part shortage analysis
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across multiple operations groups and factories
Data analytics and Excel skills
Manufacturing experience, preferably with mechanical components
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience supporting manufacturing recovery plans or capacity/throughput planning
Cost reduction or continuous improvement project experience
Polish language skills (highly valued due to global factory coordination)
Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent work experience
