Optimize Supply Chain Performance at PDS Tech Commercial as a Materials Management Analyst!
Summary of the Role
As a Materials Management Analyst at PDS Tech Commercial, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply chain runs efficiently and effectively for our client Honeywell in Clearwater, FL. Your expertise in planning, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will help maintain inventory accuracy, resolve material shortages, and support production schedules. This position reports to the Materials Planning Supervisor at our Clearwater, FL plant.
What You’ll Do
Solve material-related problems and ensure timely material ordering.
Implement material intercompany purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and stores functions.
Participate and lead line-of-balance meetings with procurement and production.
Provide data and analysis to support planning decisions.
Escalate shortages and potential shortages promptly.
Manage Open Order Reports and Past Due order follow-ups with buyers.
Drive shortage resolution and expediting efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in planning.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems, specifically SAP.
Background in manufacturing planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications:
2-year degree.
Ability to work independently and take direction.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Established skills in materials management/planning.
Ability to prioritize and maintain a sense of urgency.

Pay Rate: $30.77–$33.13/hr
Shift: First shift – 7AM-3:30PM
