Schedule: Must be available to work all shifts based on business needs
Pay Rate: 6 months to 2 years exp - $27.00/hr | 3- 5 years exp: $33.00/hr

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
Route wire harnesses to supports according to blueprints and specifications
Build connectors, splice wires, crimp, and terminate electrical components
Install connectors to receptacles and other electronic assemblies
Perform repairs and rework based on engineering changes and authorized instructions
Conduct fiber optic cleaning, inspection, light loss testing, routing, and installation
Complete bond and ground operations including jumpers, ground stud installation, CRNs, and resistance testing
Follow detailed work instructions and collaborate with engineering and assembly teams to ensure accuracy and quality
What You Bring (Required & Preferred Qualifications)
Required Qualifications
6+ months of experience using computer applications (Internet, email, Microsoft Suite, or similar tools)
6+ months of experience reading and following detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings, or specifications in English
6+ months of experience in advanced manufacturing, technical, or mechanical work involving basic hand, power, or pneumatic tools
6+ months of experience with structural parts fabrication, assembly procedures, or similar processes
Ability to meet essential physical demands, including bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, standing, twisting, and walking
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
Ability to work safely with high-hazard chemicals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace electrical assembly or wiring
Familiarity with fiber optics handling and testing procedures
Demonstrated ability to perform repairs, rework, or engineering change incorporation
