PAY RATE: $32-40/hour

Summary:
Fabricate and assemble composite parts and assemblies of varying size and complexity
Safely and accurately operate shop tools and machinery, including drills, die grinders, and calipers
Drill precise hole patterns in composite and metal structures, including composite/metal stack-ups
Install and work with multiple fastener types, including Hi-Lite, Hi-Lok, and Composi-Lok
Perform hands-on aircraft manufacturing with composite and/or metallic airframes
Work with MS flareless fittings and standard O-rings
Follow directions and guidelines from team leadership to support cross-functional collaboration
Adhere strictly to assembly instructions to ensure accurate completion of complex builds
Maintain a strong safety culture, including FOD awareness and regulatory compliance
Collaborate effectively to achieve production goals and assigned tasks
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as a technician in aerospace or a comparable high-reliability industry
Experience in aircraft fabrication and assembly (or equivalent)
Ability to use computer applications to follow manufacturing work instructions
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and digital models
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of current manufacturing practices and willingness to learn advanced spacecraft manufacturing techniques
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) training or certification (preferred)
Familiarity with multiple fastener types
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools
Detail-oriented while maintaining a broader operational perspective
Strong safety focus, including housekeeping, tool control, and proper handling of hazardous materials
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
