As an Electrical Engineer, you will join a fast-paced, collaborative engineering team supporting development, testing, and integration of advanced aerospace systems. Working onsite in Chandler, AZ, you’ll contribute to the full engineering lifecycle—supporting design, requirements analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and qualification activities that ensure mission success.
Perform analysis, design, and testing of complex electrical system designs based on program objectives.
Review internal, external, industry, and customer requirements to guide system and subsystem development.
Conduct engineering analyses and present findings to management and customers.
Lead the development, coordination, and execution of test programs to validate electrical designs.
Drive troubleshooting and failure investigations; provide technical peer review and mentorship.
Perform qualification and acceptance testing, characterization testing, and data analysis to assess component and system performance.
Support requirements derivation, decomposition, and documentation for electrical designs.
Participate in trade studies, risk evaluations, and assessments of off-nominal component behavior.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including design, integration, test, and manufacturing.
Prepare engineering materials and present at Requirements and Design Reviews.
Uphold safety in all engineering and test activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of experience
OR Master’s degree with 0 years of experience.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Broad understanding of electrical engineering standards, practices, and cross-disciplinary engineering concepts.
Active Secret clearance or higher.
Experience supporting missile systems or similar safety-critical programs.
Hands-on experience with electrical component or subsystem design, testing, or integration.
Ability to create and release technical drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
Experience with failure analysis, nonconformance resolution, and root-cause investigation.
Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, and electronic loads.
Experience with analytical software (MATLAB, Python) for data analysis and trend identification.
Strong problem-solving skills across technical, schedule, cost, and resource challenges.
Ability to mentor, train, and collaborate effectively with engineers across diverse technologies.
