Based in Seal Beach, CA, this role plays a vital part in supporting airworthiness processes and ensuring operators, maintainers, and internal teams receive accurate and timely safety information.
What You’ll Do
As a Safety & Airworthiness Support Analyst, you will:
Support engineers and other technical and non-technical staff in tasks related to the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP)
Help develop, collect, and document technical data for company products
Process technical information received from airplane operators, maintainers, and various stakeholders
Capture essential information and maintain multiple databases and internal systems with precision
Organize data, prepare agendas, and facilitate technical exchange meetings
Create and distribute weekly reports on established schedules
Communicate critical technical and safety information to internal and external customers in accordance with defined requirements
Maintain regular and predictable attendance to support team and operational needs
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
1+ years working with tools such as Microsoft Access for data entry, data organization, and report generation
1+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teams as well as independently
A passion for aviation safety and technical problem-solving
