Based in Seal Beach, CA, this role plays a vital part in supporting airworthiness processes and ensuring operators, maintainers, and internal teams receive accurate and timely safety information. 

What You’ll Do 

As a Safety & Airworthiness Support Analyst, you will: 

• Support engineers and other technical and non-technical staff in tasks related to the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP) 

• Help develop, collect, and document technical data for company products 

• Process technical information received from airplane operators, maintainers, and various stakeholders 

• Capture essential information and maintain multiple databases and internal systems with precision 

• Organize data, prepare agendas, and facilitate technical exchange meetings 

• Create and distribute weekly reports on established schedules 

• Communicate critical technical and safety information to internal and external customers in accordance with defined requirements 

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance to support team and operational needs 

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher 

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite 

• 1+ years working with tools such as Microsoft Access for data entry, data organization, and report generation 

• 1+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams as well as independently 

• A passion for aviation safety and technical problem-solving
