PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Safety & Airworthiness Support Analyst to join our team, partnering with a leading aerospace innovator in Seal Beach, CA. This is an opportunity to support critical safety programs that directly impact aircraft operations worldwide. In this role, you’ll support aviation safety engineers and cross-functional teams by gathering, organizing, analyzing, and communicating essential technical data. Your contributions will ensure accurate documentation, consistent reporting, and strong support for continued operational safety processes. This position is ideal for professionals who excel at data analysis, enjoy collaboration, and are passionate about accuracy and compliance.
Support safety engineers and technical staff with activities related to the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP).
Gather, process, and document key technical information for aircraft products.
Manage and maintain multiple databases with precision and timeliness.
Organize technical data, prepare meeting agendas, and help facilitate information-sharing sessions.
Create and distribute routine weekly reports in accordance with established schedules.
Process and synthesize information received from operators, maintainers, and other aviation partners.
Communicate critical information to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements.
Maintain consistent, reliable attendance to support team needs and critical workflows.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
3+ years of experience using tools such as Microsoft Access for data entry, reporting, and organization.
3+ years of experience collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing data.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple information streams with accuracy.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams as well as independently.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights and prepare clear conclusions and recommendations.
