PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support a leading organization in the aerospace industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major production programs and help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Role Overview

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a vital role in optimizing production operations, improving facility efficiency, and enhancing workflow performance. Your efforts will support mission-critical aerospace programs and help ensure high-quality production outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve production efficiency.

• Create, maintain, and report on network-based Master Production Schedules for key aerospace programs.

• Manage scheduling logic, durations, date constraints, and critical path elements.

• Work with IMP/IMS schedule structures and Work Breakdown Structure–based schedules.

• Export schedule data to Excel and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and report schedule status and productivity metrics.

• Conduct studies related to cost control, cost reduction, inventory management, and production record systems.

• Recommend improvements to facility layouts, operating methods, and production processes.

• Support accident prevention initiatives and assist with training programs related to production operations.

• Collaborate with facilities engineering teams on planning and design initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of related experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High energy, proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to engage and drive deliverables across all organizational levels.

• Commitment to follow-through and a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Project for IMS management.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

• Experience supporting new or developing programs.
