About the Role
PDS Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our Clearwater team. In this role, you will confirm and record incoming shipments, prepare items for induction, and assist with loading/unloading trucks. You’ll also manage inter-departmental material transport and ensure accurate documentation for shipping and receiving activities.

Bonus Opportunity: Up to $3,000 through Bonus Program!

·       • $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
• $1,000 at 60 days
• $1,000 at 90 days

Position Details

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities

·       Verify and record receipt of shipments

·       Prepare items for induction and assist with truck loading/unloading

·       Report damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping

·       Complete shipping and receiving reports

·       Coordinate material transport between departments

Qualifications

·       2–4 years of relevant experience

·       Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and industry practices

·       Ability to work independently and exercise judgment

·       Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs (without significant repetition)

·       Comfortable with moderate exposure to machinery and physical risks
