Role Overview

Join PDS Tech for our client Honeywell Aerospace as a Materials Planning & Inventory Control Specialist, where you’ll manage materials flow and inventory levels in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires strong SAP expertise and hands-on experience in materials planning to ensure production continuity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead project teams to achieve performance metrics.

·       Manage end-to-end materials operations and inventory control.

·       Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System and HSE procedures.

·       Resolve material-related issues and supply gaps promptly.

·       Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams.

·       Release production orders and maintain execution schedules.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality).

Required Qualifications

·       1+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.

·       Strong SAP and real-world materials planning experience.

·       US Citizenship (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree.

·       Expertise in MRP/ERP systems.

·       Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.

·       Project management experience.

·       Strong materials management background.
