Financial Analyst
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a premier aerospace and defense leader to hire a Financial Analyst supporting Military Aftermarket Pricing. This is a high-impact, remote opportunity for a detail-driven finance professional to contribute directly to pricing strategies that support critical military and government programs.
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in developing compliant, accurate, and competitive pricing proposals for military spares and repair programs. Your financial analysis will support business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and help shape pricing decisions for U.S. Government and international defense customers.
Prepare Military Spares and Repair pricing proposals in compliance with U.S. Government regulations, company policies, and pricing procedures
Develop detailed cost and price analyses to support new and follow-on business proposals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Proposal Management, Program Management, and Cost Estimating teams
Support customer price negotiations by working directly with proposal teams
Prepare, coordinate, and support internal and external audits
Ensure pricing documentation meets regulatory, contractual, and policy requirements
Analyze financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost drivers
Maintain accurate records and provide financial insights to stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience preparing cost and pricing data for government or defense programs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with financial analysis tools and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience with Government contracts and military aftermarket pricing
Familiarity with audit support and compliance requirements
Knowledge of aerospace or defense industry pricing processes
Comparable or relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered
