Engineering Workforce Analyst
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire an Engineering Workforce Analyst in Berkeley, Missouri. This is a high-impact opportunity for an organized, data-driven professional to influence workforce planning, streamline hiring operations, and support engineering teams that design and deliver world-class aerospace solutions.
As an Engineering Workforce Analyst, you will be a key connector between Engineering, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition. Your work ensures the right talent is identified, tracked, and onboarded efficiently—while also strengthening processes, documentation, and reporting that drive operational excellence across the engineering organization.
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and staffing support
Facilitate resume reviews, track candidate progress, and coordinate interview activities
Maintain accurate staffing, hiring, and onboarding documentation
Track metrics, build reports, and present clear status updates to stakeholders
Identify workflow gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
Apply project management best practices to improve hiring and onboarding processes
Support Engineering documentation updates, including procedures, onboarding materials, and skill frameworks
Manage Records & Information Management (RIM) practices for hiring and onboarding records
Maintain and organize SharePoint content to ensure information is current, accessible, and compliant
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience
or Master’s degree with 1+ year of related experience
or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights
Comfort working across multiple teams and priorities in a structured environment
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience supporting recruitment or candidate tracking processes
Familiarity with SharePoint
Experience applying project management tools and best practices
Background supporting engineering, technical, or operations teams
