PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aviation industry to find a passionate Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric role. In this position, you’ll be the vital link between customers across the Americas and the mission-critical aircraft parts and services they need to keep the world moving. Your work will directly empower airlines, operators, and global partners to stay airborne and connected.
What You’ll Do: Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Order Processing – 60%
Manage customer orders, quotations, and initial order receipts for aircraft spare parts—both for company aircraft and competitor models.
Handle order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, logistics, and follow-ups to exceed customer expectations.
Provide accurate information on part availability, pricing, returns, transportation, deliveries, and discrepancies.
Relationship Building – 20%
Build trust with customers by promoting our strong service capabilities and reinforcing confidence in our solutions.
Present alternative options and direct customers to the right resources to ensure complete satisfaction.
Technical Support – 10%
Support Sales and Finance with debt reconciliation to maximize profitability.
Address technical inquiries by using documentation and collaborating with technical/engineering teams.
Additional Responsibilities – 10%
Contribute to team success through other assigned duties that support the operation.
What You’ll Bring: Qualifications
Required
Associate’s Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience.
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
Strong PC literacy and database skills.
Ability to work onsite 60% / remote 40%.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred
Experience in the aviation industry or a military support environment.
Basic knowledge of SAP.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and operate standard office equipment daily.
Occasional lifting, carrying, or movement of items up to 30lbs.
Ability to read engineering documents and communicate clearly in person, by phone, and via teleconference.
PPE may be required when visiting shop floor areas.
