JOB TITLE: Technical Drafter 1

Summary:

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Manufacture PRE (Protective Removable Equipment), paint stencils, and paint premask for multiple Boeing commercial programs.

Operate software including iCut Production Console, Summa GoProduce/Axis Control/SummaFlex, CorelDraw, Redars, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Ultimaker Cura, and CATIA V5.

Operate equipment such as Kongsberg and Summa flatbed plotters, Summa drum cutters, and 3D printers.

Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers.

Produce aircraft paint stencils, PRE, premask, and 3D PRE parts.

Perform quality inspections on premask, stencils, and mylars.

Package finished parts for shipment.

Create temporary aircraft registration numbers using latex printers.

Correctly identify materials for each job.

Manage inventory for JIT ordering.

Team-lift material rolls up to 45 lbs to load machines.

Requirements:

High School diploma or higher.

Must have relevant work experience.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Work onsite daily.

Preferred Skills:

Experience producing paint premask, stencils, and PRE.

Experience manufacturing 3D parts using 3D printers.

Experience operating Summa and Kongsberg plotters and drum cutters.
