Keep Aerospace Production Moving — Production/Inventory Coordinator (4/10 Schedule)

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Production/Inventory Coordinator to support material flow and production readiness at a modern manufacturing site in Mesa, AZ. Role Summary

As a Production/Inventory Coordinator, you’ll ensure materials move efficiently through storage and production to keep operations on schedule. Your work monitoring work-in-process, communicating part status, and reconciling inventory discrepancies plays a critical role in avoiding delays and maintaining system accuracy in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage and production areas

• Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and material flow to support uninterrupted production

• Communicate part and material status using automated systems and manual reports

• Analyze issues related to parts and materials; resolve or reconcile discrepancies

• Maintain inventory and system accuracy

• Coordinate with multiple teams to set priorities, expedite work, and complete production activities

• Support daily operations under close supervision while meeting strict quality and schedule requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, Consultant (12-month assignment)

• Location: Mesa, AZ

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, First Shift (4/10s), 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Pay Rate Starting at : $21.10 per hour

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED

• Ability to operate a forklift (training provided)

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

• Basic working knowledge of SQL (Standard Query Language)

• Experience with Tableau or other data modeling and reporting tools
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting production, inventory, or material coordination in a manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with automated inventory or production tracking systems
