What You’ll Do 

As a key member of the procurement team, you will: 

• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials, equipment, and services from qualified vendors. 

• Evaluate supplier quotes and capabilities to secure reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective partners. 

• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships that ensure consistent delivery, quality, and compliance. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies with broader business goals. 

• Monitor market trends and pricing, identifying opportunities to capture savings and streamline processes. 

• Manage complex purchasing projects independently, applying strategic thinking and sound judgment. 

• Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor performance records to ensure transparency and operational efficiency. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

• 4–6 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations experience. 

• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract negotiation, and vendor management. 

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 

• Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. 

• A high degree of creativity and strategic latitude. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting procurement within aerospace or advanced manufacturing. 

• Demonstrated success driving cost reductions and process improvements. 

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
