Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required; investigation must be within the last 5 years or the candidate must be enrolled in CE. No special access needed to start.

Summary:
Provide planning and scheduling support across multiple mission requirements and locations
Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedules
Support Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
Advise Program Management on schedule, cost, and delivery impacts
Ensure cross-coordination and communication with IPTs and functional teams
Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis
Build and refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Prepare status reports, metrics, and program presentations
Interact with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and other functions
Work independently, demonstrate strong communication skills, and handle additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:

Experience with Critical Path scheduling
Knowledge of schedule control processes, proposal development, audits, and project management integration
Hands-on experience with proposal development
Ability to provide risk and opportunity analysis inputs
Proficiency with Deltek Open Plan scheduling tools
Experience supporting Engineering Manufacturing & Development (EMD) programs
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
Ability to work independently across technical teams to understand product requirements
Experience with Capture, R&D, Production scheduling, and cross-functional dependencies
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
