Supply Chain Managment Analyst
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to bring on a Supply Chain Management Analyst in San Antonio, TX. In this high-impact role, you’ll help ensure the seamless flow of materials across multiple aircraft programs—using data, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to keep production on track and aircraft moving safely and efficiently from concept to completion.
As a Supply Chain Management Analyst, you’ll support enterprise-level supply chain operations, balancing demand, supply, cost, and risk. Your insights and planning decisions will directly influence production readiness and on-time delivery, making you a key contributor to mission-critical aerospace programs.

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-month assignment)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday; variable shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). Possible overtime, weekends, and on-call support.
Pay Rate Starting at : $23.12 per hour
Align material supply with production schedules and delivery targets across multiple airplane programs
Analyze complex material requirements and incorporate bills of material into production plans
Identify and manage supply chain risks such as material shortages or supplier capacity constraints
Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize production disruptions
Drive cost savings and efficiency initiatives through process improvements and lean principles
Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage data accuracy and system enhancements
Perform forecasting, demand/supply troubleshooting, and supply chain data analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, quality, logistics, and inventory teams
Ensure on-time delivery and support continuous improvement initiatives
1+ year of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environments
3–5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent)
1+ year of experience with GOLD
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Regular and predictable attendance
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Formal education or training in Supply Chain Management
1+ year of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
3+ years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
