We’re seeking motivated Assembly & Test Technicians to perform critical testing processes that guarantee the functionality and quality of our equipment. If you have a passion for hands-on work and mechanical systems, this role offers an opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct and monitor testing processes on various equipment.
- Record data from testing in standard formats and share results with product and engineering teams.
- Analyze test data to identify defects, malfunctions, or performance issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to recommend solutions for testing problems or equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate test equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing procedures.
- Develop new test procedures in collaboration with engineering.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Required:
- 0–2 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tests and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, drop mics, bore gauges, inside/outside micrometers).
- Experience with torque wrench use and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift weights exceeding 30 lbs. and handle physical risks associated with testing.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.

- Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
- Shift Options: 1x Swings / 1x Weekends
- Subco Bonus Program:
- $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 at 60 days
- $1,000 at 90 days

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
