Contract Administrator
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find a detail-driven Contract Administrator who thrives at the intersection of contracts, compliance, and collaboration. In this fully remote consulting role, you’ll play a key part in safeguarding proprietary information by reviewing, negotiating, and managing nondisclosure agreements that support a highly complex supply chain.
As a Contract Administrator (NDA COE), you will directly support the Supply Chain organization by ensuring simple nondisclosure agreements are thoroughly reviewed, properly negotiated, and aligned with business and legal requirements. Your work will help protect intellectual property while enabling strong, trusted supplier relationships.
This is a full-time, 6-month consulting opportunity, ideal for professionals looking to deepen their contracts experience within a globally respected aerospace environment.
Draft, review, manage, and negotiate simple nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) in alignment with business objectives and internal timelines
Conduct contract negotiation and administration activities to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
Collaborate regularly with supply chain partners, internal contracts teams, and legal counsel to develop and execute NDA negotiation strategies
Provide contractual guidance to internal stakeholders regarding acceptable NDA provisions, escalating to IP legal when appropriate
Maintain accurate historical records and ensure adherence to established processes and document repositories
Utilize SharePoint-based tools to support NDA request workflows, approvals, and repository management
Associate’s Degree
1–2 years of experience reviewing contracts
Basic understanding of contract administration and negotiation principles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience reviewing or negotiating nondisclosure agreements
Familiarity with aerospace, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
Experience working with SharePoint or similar document management systems
