Contract Administrator
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to support a leading aerospace organization in protecting proprietary information across a complex, global supply chain. In this full-time, remote consulting role, you will lead the review and negotiation of intermediate nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) that enable critical business operations while ensuring legal and contractual compliance.
As a Contract Administrator (NDA COE), you will provide essential support to the Supply Chain team by conducting NDA negotiations, performing legal analysis, and collaborating closely with supply chain partners, internal contracts teams, and legal counsel. Your work will directly impact the organization’s ability to protect sensitive information and maintain strong supplier relationships.
This is a 6-month consulting assignment, ideal for experienced contract professionals looking to deepen their expertise within a premier aerospace environment.
Draft, review, manage, and negotiate intermediate nondisclosure agreements to ensure alignment with internal requirements and business objectives
Support contract negotiations, contract administration, and supply chain contract activities in compliance with company policies, legal standards, and customer specifications
Ensure strict adherence to established standard work, including document repositories and process requirements
Utilize SharePoint-based tools for NDA workflows, approvals, and repository management
Provide contractual guidance to internal stakeholders regarding NDA acceptability and escalate to IP legal as appropriate
Maintain historical NDA records and ensure accurate documentation
Bachelor’s degree
2–3 years of experience reviewing and supporting contracts
Proven ability to negotiate nondisclosure agreements
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
US Citizen or US Person status required
Experience within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
Familiarity with large-scale contract processes and legal review workflows
Proficiency with SharePoint or similar document management systems

Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
