• Assemble electronic components, wiring, and hardware into sub-assemblies and final products following engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
• Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and mechanical assembly using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with IPC/J-STD and company standards.
• Identify and report nonconformances, assist in corrective actions, and maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Adhere to ESD, FOD, and safety protocols during all assembly operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics assembly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or equivalent soldering/assembly standards (certification a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance if required.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for small components and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

• Pay Rate:  $21.50/hr,
• Shift:  2nd shift schedule 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri
