PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of aerospace components and systems. What You’ll Do
Assemble systems according to technical specifications.
Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve issues.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of delivery and assembly defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
Required Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Associate’s degree in a technical field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Shift: 1st shift schedule
Subco Bonus Program up to $3,000:
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
$1,000 at 60 days
$1,000 at 90 days

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
