Location: Berkeley, MO
Job Type: Full-Time, Consultant (12 months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (8 AM–5 PM)
Pay Starting at: $48.88 per hour
Onsite Requirement: 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO
As an Engineering Technical Specialist, you will serve as a critical partner to engineering, staffing, and program operations teams. You will help develop and maintain engineering standards, support hiring processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and play a key role in the seamless integration of engineering tools and practices. Your expertise will directly influence operational efficiency and the quality of engineering outputs across multiple programs.
Engineering Tools, Processes & Compliance
Develop, document, implement, and guide teams on engineering tools, standards, and processes
Provide consultative assistance on tool use and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support engineering design integration and system interoperability
Manage configuration requirements and coordinate changes across business units
Data & Documentation
Create and distribute engineering reports, documents, and correspondence
Track, collect, and validate key engineering performance metrics
Identify and validate system user access roles; create tip sheets to support users
Talent & Interview Support
Lead and engage with managers to identify Adaptive Planning needs
Enter and manage planned requisition (PR) requests in Adaptive Planning
Maintain data trackers for candidate applications
Collaborate with staffing focal points to review resumes
Support interview logistics, including coordinating with the Global Talent Acquisition team
Attend interviews as needed and manage candidate dispositions
Maintain an organized and current schedule of interviews and resume review cadences
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to assess customer organizations, capabilities, processes, and challenges to support product success
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and offer actionable recommendations
Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Experience reviewing engineering resumes
Experience with Adaptive Planning
