What You’ll Do
As a Structures Installer, you’ll be a key member of a high-performing manufacturing team known for precision, productivity, and craftsmanship.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Performing repair work related to concessions and discrepancies
Positioning and assembling aircraft components
Reworking external aircraft skin damage
Following production orders, design documents, inspection procedures, and concession instructions
Preparing, resolving, and following up on technical queries
Reviewing and organizing work orders and drawings
Preparing your work station for daily operations
Working collaboratively and supporting additional duties as assigned
Your Boarding Pass: Skills & Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience in Aviation Production or equivalent
Experience using drilling tools, templates, drilling machines, fasteners, and torquing tools
Ability to complete required post-hire trainings:
Health & Safety
General Aircraft Familiarization
Quality Training
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to enter, generate, and retrieve information using computers (SAP and Excel required)
Knowledge of station safety, “clean-as-you-go” practices, FOD prevention, and OSHA regulations
Preferred
5+ years of experience in Aviation Production
Vocational training or prior employer training in application tools and application techniques
Physical Requirements
You’ll need the ability to:
Read engineering drawings and computer screens
Hear safety warnings and communicate clearly in person or via phone
Operate personal and select production equipment (including hydraulic lifts)
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs (14 kg)
Squat, kneel, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, and sit for extended periods
Travel independently on short notice
