Summary:

Develop, customize, and maintain PTC Windchill solutions to meet engineering and enterprise requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve PLM system issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.

Design and implement integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, MBSE tools).

Create and maintain documentation, including technical designs, configuration guides, and user support materials.

Participate in code reviews, process improvements, and Agile ceremonies to support continuous development.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of overall software development experience

Experience with PLM systems (PTC Windchill required)

Strong programming and scripting skills in:

Object-oriented languages (Java)

Web technologies (HTML, JSP, JavaScript)

Hands-on experience with installation, administration, upgrades, integration, configuration, and performance tuning of PTC Windchill

Experience working in an Agile software development product team

Experience integrating PLM with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, MBSE applications)

Experience with PTC Windchill / ThingWorx / CREO support

REST/OData experience

Full Stack Engineering / DevSecOps and CI/CD tools and processes

Linux and Windows administration experience

Advanced-level experience with PTC Windchill products

Knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense industry

RDBMS experience (Oracle or SQL Server)

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
