Customer Service
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to support a leading organization in the aerospace industry. This is a critical, front-line role where your ability to communicate, coordinate, and problem-solve directly contributes to customer satisfaction and operational success.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary connection between customers and internal teams, ensuring inquiries, orders, and service needs are handled with accuracy and professionalism. Your work keeps programs moving, strengthens customer relationships, and supports the delivery of high-quality aerospace products and services.
• Manage multiple customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle logistics, contract management, and customer relations activities
• Communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing—with internal and external customers
• Process order entries from purchase orders and create quotes following Standard Work procedures
• Redirect customer inquiries to appropriate personnel when needed
• Ensure compliance with federal policies and internal procedures
• Use SAP to enter and extract material data and support order creation
• Document and track customer service needs to identify trends and maintain quality standards
• Maintain updated order and customer files using SharePoint and related review tools
• Build a working knowledge of the organization, products, and aerospace requirements
• Support special projects as assigned
• Apply knowledge of aerospace industry standards, SAP, and FAR/DFAR requirements as needed
• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a GED/HS Diploma alternative with 6+ years of related experience
• Strong customer service background, with proven communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing high volumes of written communication and data
• Proficiency in navigating fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Knowledge of aerospace industry processes, SAP, and FAR/DFAR regulations (recommended)
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
• SAP experience
• Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts and internal documents
• Experience reviewing and approving customer purchase orders

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (8AM–5PM)
• Pay Rate: $30.36–$37.37 per hour (commensurate with experience)
