Summary:
We are looking for a candidate with extensive expertise programming multi-axis mills, lathes with live tooling, and mill-turn machines. The candidate would need to be able to provide first parts and creating program-ready CAM files from customer models and prints.
Technical Requirements:
• Experienced programming and machining a wide range of materials, including the following:
o heat-treated alloys, stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, aluminum, and beryllium copper. Skilled in holding extremely tight tolerances, down to ±.0001”.
• The candidate must have CAM Software experience including the following:
o Esprit, MasterCAM, HyperMill, Fusion360, CATIA V5/V6, and SolidWorks.
• Brands: Okuma, DMG Mori Seiki, Haas, Hitachi, and Doosan
• Controller: – Okuma, Fanuc, Haas, and Mazatrol controllers
• He/she would need to be able to work collaboratively with engineers, operators, and supervisors to optimize programs and support efficient production processes.
• The candidate would need proven expertise in aerospace industry.
