Summary:

Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify lifecycle-balanced systems and system-of-systems solutions.

Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility across all physical, functional, and program interfaces.

Performs analyses to optimize system or system-of-systems architecture.

Conducts affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, and product assurance analyses to support mission success.

Develops and manages requirements management processes, tools, risk and issue management, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessments.

Resolves cross-functional technical issues across disciplines.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance required.

Bachelor s degree + 5 years of experience, OR Master s degree + 3 years, OR PhD with relevant experience.

Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in aero integration and verification (military or commercial aircraft).

Experience in systems engineering and the verification & validation process.

Strong knowledge of airframe systems, aerodynamic principles, loads testing, GNC (Guidance, Navigation & Controls), vehicle management systems, and materials.

Experience with test planning, execution, and data analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Experience with JIRA, PI Planning, and Agile methodologies.

Ability to schedule projects, track progress, and hold stakeholders accountable.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow up with stakeholders.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
