About the Role

As a Composite Fabrication Specialist, you will support high-quality composite manufacturing operations, contributing directly to the fabrication of critical aircraft structures. Your work will help ensure safety, reliability, and performance across major aerospace programs. What You’ll Do

• Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks using established instructions and drawings.

• Complete composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding processes.

• Conduct tooling preparation and ensure tools and materials are production-ready.

• Set up and operate various composite fabrication machines.

• Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and components.

• Follow detailed work instructions and quality requirements to produce consistent, high-precision composite parts.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance to meet production and program goals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in composite fabrication.

• Proficiency in machine operations.

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• High school diploma or GED.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating overhead cranes.

• Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract with possible extension

• Location: West Jordan, UT

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4/10 schedule (1st & 2nd shift availability)

• Pay Rate Starting at: $22.53  per hour
