As a Composite Fabrication Specialist, you will support high-quality composite manufacturing operations, contributing directly to the fabrication of critical aircraft structures. Your work will help ensure safety, reliability, and performance across major aerospace programs. Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks using established instructions and drawings.
Complete composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding processes.
Conduct tooling preparation and ensure tools and materials are production-ready.
Set up and operate various composite fabrication machines.
Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and components.
Follow detailed work instructions and quality requirements to produce consistent, high-precision composite parts.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance to meet production and program goals.
Experience in composite fabrication.
Proficiency in machine operations.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
High school diploma or GED.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Experience operating overhead cranes.
Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract with possible extension
Location: West Jordan, UT
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4/10 schedule (1st & 2nd shift availability)
Pay Rate Starting at: $22.53 per hour
