Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance: U.S. Secret Clearance required; U.S. citizenship mandatory

Qualifying Questions:

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Review CAD models and technical documentation to identify and correct errors.

Ensure designs comply with industry standards (ISO, NAAMS, ASME Y14.5) and company specifications.

Verify dimensional accuracy, GD&T, angles, radii, and other critical features.

Validate and review Bill of Materials (BOM) for completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams as needed.

Requirements:

U.S. Secret Clearance required

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.

5+ years relevant experience (Bachelor s), 3+ years (Master s), or relevant PhD experience.

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, Creo).

Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and quality assurance processes.

Familiarity with industry standards and manufacturing regulations.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred:

Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
