What You’ll Do

• Own the process: Analyze engineering drawings, models, and BOMs to ensure flawless execution.
• Plan for success: Create and maintain CAP routings and work sequences that keep production moving.
• Drive efficiency: Manage BOM consumption and generate manufacturing orders for tools, fixtures, and NC programs.
• Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with procurement, suppliers, and production teams to solve challenges and optimize workflows.
• Ensure quality: Apply GD&T and aerospace tolerances to maintain the highest standards in every component.
• Stay ahead: Support producibility assessments and maintain cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of college or equivalent experience in the aircraft industry OR completion of a related apprenticeship program.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace tolerances.
• Proficiency in planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/MRP systems, and CAD tools.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Preferred:

• Experience with composite or metallic materials manufacturing.
• Background in machined parts production.
• Technical writing experience in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
