Starting Pay Rate: $55.59 /hour

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate major project initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage the full project lifecycle—from planning and integration to execution and delivery—ensuring that each phase meets critical business and technical objectives. Your leadership will directly impact the success of complex aerospace programs and process improvement efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop, and integrate comprehensive project and program plans for large-scale, complex initiatives.

• Conduct detailed analyses including trend, variance, and risk assessments to identify impacts and opportunities.

• Develop and refine mitigation plans, schedules, and business cases for new and ongoing programs.

• Act as the primary project contact, facilitating communication and alignment among internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Direct all phases of assigned projects from initiation through completion.

• Support Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Control Account Management (CAM) to ensure accurate financial tracking.

• Coordinate project commitments and deliverables to meet strategic goals and timelines.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• 10+ years of program management experience.

• 10+ years of financial tracking experience.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to build relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and manage complex schedules.
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred:

• Experience within the aerospace or defense industry.

• Familiarity with EVMS/CAM systems and project management best practices.
