JOB TITLE: Software Engineer - DEFENSE

PAY RATE: $65-75/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Clearance: Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Summary:

Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities.

Design, develop, document, test, and debug software to solve business or mission problems.

Apply software development standards, procedures, and tools throughout the life cycle.

Collaborate with users to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of intent, outputs, and controls.

Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, and compile development documentation.

Ensure compliance with established software and security standards.

Requirements:

Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Angular

Java

TypeScript (JavaScript acceptable substitute)

PrimeNG or similar (e.g., Kendo)

Oracle PL/SQL nice to have

Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
