About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team, partnering with a global leader in aerospace innovation. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble, test, and inspect high-performance electro-mechanical systems that power some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. Your precision and craftsmanship will directly impact flight safety, reliability, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection on a variety of aerospace components.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and light machinery to build and test assemblies.

• Conduct quality checks and identify any product defects, recording and reporting issues accurately.

• Rework or repair equipment as needed based on engineering updates or inspection findings.

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient production flow in your workstation.

• Follow strict safety and quality standards, keeping your workspace clean and compliant at all times.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D. or vocational/technical education).

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant assembly experience, ideally in an electrical or electro-mechanical setting.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work safely around moving parts and electrical components.

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IPC Class III Solder Certification or equivalent.

• Previous electronic assembly experience within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret complex diagrams.
