About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a key partner to management and employees, ensuring that human resources initiatives support business objectives and workforce needs. You’ll provide guidance and expertise in a broad range of HR areas, from employee relations and talent management to compensation, compliance, and organizational development.

Your role will be central to fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture—helping both people and the business reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions that drive success.

• Serve as a liaison across multiple HR functions, including succession planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training & development.

• Advise leaders and employees on policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.

• Assist in the analysis of workforce data, surveys, and labor forecasts to inform HR strategies and decisions.

• Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and implement systems that effectively attract, retain, and reward a skilled workforce.

• Provide guidance on EEO, labor relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

• Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.

• Proven ability to manage a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience supporting diverse teams in fast-paced, technical, or manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.

• Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.

• Demonstrated ability to lead change, implement process improvements, and influence cross-functional teams.
