What You’ll Do

  • Develop detailed work instructions, tooling requirements, and production plans for both new and existing aircraft assemblies.

  • Incorporate and implement engineering changes in accordance with Bell systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Interrogate blueprints and digital product data (CAD, GD&T, etc.) to plan and support manufacturing operations.

  • Reconcile Engineering and Manufacturing Bills of Material (BOM) for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Change Management, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering teams to ensure seamless production flow.

  • Support tooling design reviews and evaluations to improve manufacturing processes.

  • Provide rapid, solutions-oriented support to the factory floor for timely execution of changes and redline corrections.

  • Identify opportunities for process and tooling improvements through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing Planning.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assembly operations.

  • Skilled in Bell ERP systems, ideally 3DX (Dassault), PEO (SAP), or SAP.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
