Job Type: Full-Time | 13-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM (1st Shift)
Pay Rate: $68.50/hour
As a Data Analytics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the Enterprise Data Governance and Quality team, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and actionable. Your work will directly influence critical business decisions and empower teams across the organization to make smarter, data-driven choices.
Perform data profiling and analysis from multiple sources to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with business users to define key data elements, establish data quality rules, and develop thresholds and business requirements.
Design and build data quality dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Support the documentation and maintenance of data records, reports, and project deliverables.
Partner with data governance and technology teams to implement and enhance data governance tools and workflows.
Present findings and recommendations to management to guide strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree; or, in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
Proven data analysis experience using modern methods and tools.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of data classifications (technical and non-technical).
Experience with data quality review and governance principles.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
