As a SIL Engineering Technician, you’ll play a vital role in building, testing, and supporting advanced systems that move flight innovation forward.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate complex interconnecting cables and harnesses from detailed engineering drawings.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair test bench and laboratory infrastructure equipment.

• Perform high-precision crimping and assembly of connectors and cable assemblies to aircraft standards.

• Solder to J-STD quality standards.

• Interpret aircraft-level wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings for metal fabrication and assembly.

• Use test equipment to diagnose and repair wiring issues and signal isolation faults.

• Work with serial data interfaces such as ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, RS422, RS232, Ethernet, and IEEE-488.

• Install and test fiber optic cabling supporting reflective memory hardware.

• Follow all ESD and FOD control practices to maintain the highest level of safety and quality.

What You Bring

• Education: Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience preferred (High School Diploma required).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a technical or engineering environment; military background highly valued.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

• A passion for innovation, precision, and continuous improvement.
