Pay Range: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

As a SIL Engineering Technician, you’ll play a vital role in building, testing, and supporting advanced systems that move flight innovation forward.

Fabricate complex interconnecting cables and harnesses from detailed engineering drawings.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair test bench and laboratory infrastructure equipment.
Perform high-precision crimping and assembly of connectors and cable assemblies to aircraft standards.
Solder to J-STD quality standards.
Interpret aircraft-level wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings for metal fabrication and assembly.
Use test equipment to diagnose and repair wiring issues and signal isolation faults.
Work with serial data interfaces such as ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, RS422, RS232, Ethernet, and IEEE-488.
Install and test fiber optic cabling supporting reflective memory hardware.
Follow all ESD and FOD control practices to maintain the highest level of safety and quality.
Education: Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience preferred (High School Diploma required).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a technical or engineering environment; military background highly valued.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.
