Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (8AM–5PM)
Pay Rate: $41.00 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry. This is a dynamic, customer-facing position where business acumen meets operational execution. You’ll be the primary point of contact for contract execution, ensuring every phase—from quote to delivery—runs seamlessly, efficiently, and in compliance with all obligations.
Your expertise will help maintain strong partnerships, support financial objectives, and keep mission-critical aerospace operations on track.
In this fast-paced, high-visibility role, you will:
Manage and oversee all aspects of contract execution for a dedicated portfolio of government and commercial customers.
Review and process repair documentation daily, ensuring product induction within 24 hours.
Obtain and track customer quote approvals and resolve open receivables in partnership with Finance.
Communicate contract requirements to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across Operations, Engineering, and Program Management.
Coordinate closely with International Trade Compliance (ITC) to ensure import/export activities meet all regulatory standards.
Support financial objectives through milestone tracking, progress payments, and collections management.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Management teams to align hardware forecasts and delivery timelines.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that streamline contract management workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks related to non-compliance or contractual deviations.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships across diverse teams and customer groups.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Experience with SAP, particularly in contract management or order processing.
Familiarity with financial concepts such as pricing, quote review, and A/R reconciliation.
Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries.
Understanding of export/import regulations and collaboration with Trade Compliance functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
