Structural Analysis Stress Engineer

PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Structural Analysis Stress Engineer to join a world-class engineering team. In this role, you’ll apply advanced analytical and engineering expertise to ensure that aircraft structures are optimized for strength, performance, and reliability.
Your work will directly influence the safety and efficiency of next-generation aerospace programs—helping bring innovative designs from concept to flight.
Develop and evaluate structural designs for flight vehicles, ensuring performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements are met.
Conduct stress analysis and structural assessments for both primary and secondary structures.
Apply principles of engineering mechanics and materials science to validate design integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support aerospace product development and design integration.
Document and present analysis results to support design decisions and regulatory compliance.
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance safety, performance, and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Demonstrated experience in metallic structural design and analysis.
Proficient with CATIA and ENOVIA.
Strong understanding of aero structures, product development, and new design.
Proven ability to evaluate flight vehicle structures for performance and manufacturability.
Experience with fuselage or primary structural components.
Hands-on experience performing stress analysis and load evaluations.
Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
Advanced problem-solving ability with a focus on collaboration and precision.
